Important Guideline for a Self-Introductory CD

1.	Make your CD in a bright location with a plain background.
2.	Make sure the CD has a label with your name and birth date.
3.	Dress appropriately as if you are in an actual interview.
4.	Recommended length of CD is at least five minutes.
5.	Answers to all questions are needed for a complete assessment.
6.	Please present yourself in a professional manner as the CD is an interview.
7.	Make sure you have checked the visual and sound quality of the CD.
8.	A self-introductory CD which does not follow the above guidelines will not be accepted and your CD will be returned to you.
