Application Procedures Step 1. Submit an Online Application Form Have an exclusive interview with Cascade Introcks Solutions Search through our list of positions available in our on-line service. When you find a job that interests you, just follow the guidelines listed below. We will apply to your nominated school on your behalf and provide you with any additional information you may need. If the school is satisfied with your resume and personal details, we will send you a contract for you to sign and fax back to us. It usually takes at least 4 to 6 weeks to process your application and confirm the contract, visa and flight details. For interview, we will give you further details when you hand in your cover letter which contain(s) your signature and resume. Step 2. Prepare the required documents and send them to us by FedEx or DHL 1. Original University Degree 2. Sealed University Transcript of Academic Record 3. Original Criminal Record Check 4. The original signed contract 5. Medical Exam Certificate 6. A photocopy of your passport photo ID page 7. Four passport-sized color photos 8. Cover letter and resume Mailing Address The best way to do is to send them via FedEx or DHL. Make sure you get a tracking number. Make a contract with the employer Once we receive your application and documents as listed above, and receive confirmation from the school of their decision to accept you, we will prepare a contract and send you a copy. We will also send a copy to the school. When both parties agree on the terms and conditions we will fax you a copy signed by the head of the school. You should look through the contract to make sure you are completely satisfied before you sign it and fax a copy back to us. You should keep the original fax and bring it with you to Korea. The process of reaching a satisfactory contract which both parties agree to may take some time and we will be available on line to make this process as simple as possible. Step 4. Visa Process in Korea When we receive the required documentations from you, we will process your E-2 teaching visa in Korea. The director of the school will submit them to the immigration office to get your visa. Once this process is completed, a visa issuance number will be sent to you by e-mail. It takes usually 7 or 10 days. Step 5. Get your E-2 visa & Interview in Korean embassy or consulate You need to get a visa stamp on your passport from the nearest Korean Consulate. Those who are newly applying for E-2 visa need to be interview at their nearest Korean embassy or consulate. It is recommended that you make a phone call to the consulate before going there. If the Korean embassy or consulate deems that the applicant lives an unreasonable distance to be physically present for a personal interview, submit a Self-Introductory CD when applying for an E-2 Visa. Step 6. Get on the plane The employer will book your airline ticket and we will send you details of the flight schedule, you are ready to go to Korea. The staff will be waiting for you at the airport. Within 90 days after arriving in Korea, you must go to the immigration office in order to obtain a residence permit. |
